It’s not a Hitchcockian masterpiece, but it is a fairly intense, claustrophobic roller-coaster ride. Liu gives a solid performance as Darby, a damaged and insecure pariah who is compelled by circumstances to face overwhelming odds to protect a stranger.

Characters were alright not the best drawn out but ok for what the movie was. I'd say it's worth watching this film but they're parts in this film that make you question why they didn't do sertain things.

This contemporary thriller brings our perception a newfound awakening regarding the genre’s formulaic stir, boiling intensity and strategically nuanced flexibility. The ideal deception was shortened, only to realize further that it subverts through uncovering layers without much motivation for sensible plotting but the main play’s evidently the hazing tension as it thrillingly shakes, disregarding our empathetic vulnerability transfixed by the strong performances with some being more confident than others. This movie is one of my favorites I wish I could rewatch it from the beginning! It actually makes you wonder who you could trust and it keeps you on your feet there was a scene where I just had to jump up because it was unexpected. I would 100% recommend!

I'm a fan of this kind of concept. It's very competently lensed and directed it's mostly the writing that lets it down, despite being solid and not at all bad, it's just a little lacking in pace and structure. Hannah Rose Liu is an absolute chameleon of acting talent. One to watch. The rest of the cast is good also, it's a suitable ensemble and the budget is all on screen. A few twists and turns are exciting and I can't fault it for being exactly what it promises to be.
