Bobby L “North of the City” is a suspenseful thriller that I came across and enjoyed. The female protagonist is an accountant who stumbled onto a horrible secret and had to run, together with a random stranger she crossed path with who turned out to be a tech billionaire. "To survive, they have to get North Of The City. To save their lives, they need to go back." Paul Zimmerman, who also penned the screenplay is memorable as the male lead, and showed great chemistry with Felicia Greenfield who plays the woman in the run. A great storyteller, Zimmerman crafted a conspiracy theory film that felt believable. Packed full of intrigue and action with solid pacing, this is a smart indie thriller that captivates the audience’s attention.
