Alain E This remains very watchable. In a way it takes the principle of Greek Tragedy and applies it to oil exploration in Oklahoma. The ending is very smart as it leaves open the possibility that the two main characters will remain connected. Until then we witness three very stubborn individuals who almost achieve great success and wealth until at the very last minute fate intervenes. Acting is convincing and it’s served by great color photography. Some other viewer was very upset that the three individuals on the one side did not engage head on the fifty armed men who encircled them. Do we need to explain the obvious? Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/15/24 Full Review Charlie R How does this director end up wasting four top actors who end up taking this story in three different directions. Everything ends up being of no consequence and after too long in screen time to keep it interesting? Rated 2 out of 5 stars 12/18/23 Full Review Audience Member Stupid stupid stupid movie! What idiot wrote this? The enemy is shooting at you and you have weapons but you don't shoot back? You don't do anything?! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review delysid d dumb hollywood love story, not bad i guess Rated 3 out of 5 stars 07/30/19 Full Review ashley h Oklahoma Crude is a decent film. It is about oil derrick owner Lena Doyle who is aided by her father and a hobo in 1913 in Oklahoma. Faye Dunaway and George C. Scott give good performances. The script is a little slow in places. Stanley Kramer did an alright job directing this motion. I liked this motion picture because of the drama. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member I was quite pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this movie. Faye Dunaway in a role unlike others I've seen. George C. Scott is brilliant, of course. Sad but funny. Get the popcorn and join me me on the couch for this one! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/31/23 Full Review Read all reviews
