Matt R Director and actor Nathan Willard punches above his micro budget with this one. The story, characters and direction are engaging and compelling enough to see past the limitations. Making a feature length movie with little or no money borders on miraculous. Through Willard's tenacity and ability, ONCE UPON A TIME IN THE APOCALYPSE delivers. I have to say that this is one of the worst films I've ever watched. Boring, poorly written, poorly acted, and just overall one of the worst I've ever seen. That takes some doing.
