Audience Member I found this doc a bit creepy - namely the fitness obsessed aunt and uncle. The amount of physical exercise they expected the kid to do are simply not sustainable. All he had to do was eat right and make sure to do a moderate amount of exercise - which is hard enough. Excessive cardio workouts will just make him grow tired and eventually give up.
