I don't normally watch action movies as I prefer character driven stories. But this was a lot of fun. It was a good mix of well crafted stunt work, humor and suspense. Great to see Bruce Dern pop in for a cameo.

He's trying to save his informant sister...but he's not much of a believable frontman for this action flick. It's an inexpensive action flick that has trouble knowing what kind of film it is.

I cannot, for the life of me, comprehend the positive reviews for this waste of film. Omid Zader reminds me more of a later years Steven Seagal than a kick ass action hero. The movie is more lame than humorous, and the minimalist sets combined with poor camera works screams low budget film school friends movie. Even the violence and blood, which seems to be a real selling point for many critics, is not done particularly well, even for an ametuer production.
