Michael H The movie starts with a grotesque "training" video, instructing to strike patients in the jaw with a rock, remove their teeth and tongue, spit in their gaping maw, cut off their limbs, stab them in the head and beat them with a bat to make sure the patient is unconscious while also breaking their sternum and ribs. What follows next is a boring descent into madness of a health worker with some vague relationship with a woman that means nothing to the plot. The worker eventually commits some of the acts from the introduction without any resolution other than murdering everyone at his place of work.
