The sometimes hilarious, often disturbing and horrific trek takes them from their small village in Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Syria, and, finally, Saudi Arabia... The film is a fable so much disbelief is to be suspended. Go to Full Review Read all reviews

The trip takes them through seven countries and various hijinx. What started as a sweet homage, spirals in the second act into a Forrest Gump-like farce.
