Jay Weissberg Variety Bland direction is the least of the sins perpetrated by The Passion of Joshua, the Jew, a historical pic billing itself as the anti-Gibson Passion but in reality little more than recruiting propaganda for Jews for Jesus. Sep 15, 2005 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member You know what else would be great? A movie about Jews which would not include Jesus. Pope apology in the end is nice, but seriously, the movie screams out "like them (ie dont hate/kill) because they are like Him." Nice touch, that will bring the faiths together. Acting: wooden. Joshua: plays like a retard for half the movie Roman centurions are nice, but arent they always? Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews
