Kit V So much could have gone wrong with this movie and I was waiting for the usual poor acting, skewed scripts and lack of pizzaz that is the hallmark of modern budget horror, however, thanks to a sterling effort shared between the actors to keep the somewhat single pointed plot alive for me it all worked. I will not spoil this little review with a full plot analysis because in doing so I would reveal all, that is how one-dimensional the whole thing is. Suffice it to say the actors keep a sense of humour and the direction is fluid. No real scares to speak of but a rather nice modern B movie that has found a way to deliver with a minimal script and idea. The point is, the story and script could easily have turned into a mess but it didn't and for me, the film is a major in the minor field of the genre. That is as long as you don't step outside of the pentagram of course... Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member Absolute waste of time, terrible film. Bad acting, terrible plot, naff ending. Don't bother Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member I realize that this is a (very) low-budget production... but it's incredibly bad by any standard anyway. So botched and amateurish I'm honestly surprised it made it to Netfilx [Italy] - and I've seen some lame movies on Netflix. Terrible script, lousy dialogues, bad acting, lifeless direction. There's nothing to salvage here. Avoid. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member Not as scary as I expected (which is great, for me!), I loved the ending ... I probably won't make a habit of rewatching it A LOT, but I will certainly rewatch it once in my life. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Read all reviews
