Tim Brayton Antagony & Ecstasy It's kind of amazing how much one can learn from these Pooh films. In this case, I learned that you cannot overestimate how crass Disney is actually capable of being. matthias s *Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie* is a charming and cute treat for kids, especially if you grew up with *Winnie the Pooh* like I did. The story is sweet, centered around friendship and facing fears, making it a perfect Halloween watch for younger audiences. The songs are fun, though not particularly memorable, but I found myself smiling and moving along to them anyway. It surprised me how much I still enjoyed it as an adult, chuckling at a few moments and appreciating its lighthearted warmth. While it may not leave a lasting impression like some of the more iconic Pooh adventures, it's still an enjoyable, heartwarming experience that kids will love. It’s a great way for them to learn valuable lessons about bravery and friendship, all wrapped up in the festive spirit of Halloween. Definitely a nostalgic and gentle reminder of childhood fun. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/16/24 Full Review Audience Member a monument from my childhood. period. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/25/21 Full Review Audience Member This movie isn't exactly as pleased. It includes footage from "Boo to You Too Winnie the Pooh" in the middle of the film as a flashback scene with Roo and Lumpy. However it can be seen as a bit of an upgrade to Boo To You Too with Lumpy's first Halloween. I'm also surprised at how visual the animation is during one of the musical numbers. This film is credible. If you want a fun little clip show with Winnie the Pooh and Lumpy too, then there you go.
