When Carlos (Murilo Benício) is stood up by his girlfriend, Julia (Carolina Ferraz), he daydreams three possible futures for himself stemming from that moment. In one, Carlos finds himself married to Maria (Beth Goulart), living a comfortably bland yet unfulfilled life until he meets Julia. Another sees Carlos divorced from Julia and living with a male lover. The third has Carlos living irresponsibly in his mother's (Irene Ravache) basement, when along comes Julia in the guise of an artist.

05/27/2009 Another one recommended as a 'gay' film, which turned out to be so much more. If only more of the North American garbage we're fed could be as inventive and compelling. It's not the writing and dialogue that shines so much as the sexy ensemble cast led by Benicio that bring the three diverse storylines here to vivid life. Great! See more 03/23/2008 Nothin' special, not horrible. See more 10/09/2007 very entertaining.... See more 07/19/2007 Lighthearted, entertaining Brazilian romantic comedy. Nice for a cozy night in, some nice surprises there, too. See more 07/11/2007 Kind of makes you think about your own relationships...
