Synopsis
In this documentary about a nation's emergence from political repression, Chilean Judge Juan Guzmán looks into mysterious deaths apparently committed by supporters of ex-dictator Augusto Pinochet. After seizing power in 1973, Pinochet rules Chile for more than 15 years, his tenure marked by the disappearance of countless political opponents. Guzmán, a former backer of the Pinochet government, ultimately uncovers painful details about his country's recent history.
