A novel take on a well worn (and in many cases WORN OUT) genre. Masterfully shot and edited, really cool score and a story that oozes a palpable sense of eeriness. One of the more memorable ghost stories I've seen since The Others. I also appreciate the brisk runtime, not that I'm opposed to longer movies but some stories are more effective in short doses.
