During the early years of the Republic era, the people in the North-East region of China suffer as local warlords, bandits and Japanese invaders struggle for power. The only paradise within the region is Lucky Town, which is protected by seven kung fu masters. Disguised as a man, Yan Fang is injured while trying to steal a code book from Tiger's Den and taken to Lucky Town. Told about the secret plan by the Japanese, the seven masters resolve to join the fight.
