This movie is an absolute classic. As the grandfather says, it has romance, pirates adventure, Magic, revenge, and justice! Beautifully shot, the actors are great. The dialogue is witty – no reason not to love this movie.

To my mind, it is the greatest movie ever made. I’ve never seen its equal. The movie is endless quotable, fun for all ages, hilarious, and incredibly entertaining. It’s a special kind of movie that sits in a category of its own.

Having watched this movie more than 20 times with my children and now my grandchildren, this remains probably one of the most wonderful romance/comedy, action, fairy tale style movies ever made. I cannot recommend a movie more highly for exciting family viewing. Thank you Rob Reiner for a beautiful classic.
