In this documentary, six competitors travel to Louisburg, N.C., to attend the 2004 Annual Whistlers Convention. Whistlers from all over the world come together to share their whistling talents, including a returning champion and a newcomer from the Netherlands. The competitors use many unique techniques to prove their skills, from odd sound effects to traditional melodies. In addition to the convention, the film details the science and physics behind the art of whistling.

This is a lighthearted documentary centered around an international whistling competition and its competitors. The whistling in the film is pretty superb. Also, the role of whistling in different cultures is detailed. This is a fun and relaxing film.
