In this documentary, six competitors travel to Louisburg, N.C., to attend the 2004 Annual Whistlers Convention. Whistlers from all over the world come together to share their whistling talents, including a returning champion and a newcomer from the Netherlands. The competitors use many unique techniques to prove their skills, from odd sound effects to traditional melodies. In addition to the convention, the film details the science and physics behind the art of whistling.
