I felt the pain through the screen at various moments. This film a very real depiction of the lives and ramifications of dealing with OCD or other mental issues . Not an enjoyable watch, definitely a tough watch emotionally- but a realistic film that will give you a new perspective if you are willing to look for it and learn .

I saw this with my friends. It turned out that two of them had OCD, and one never realized how badly it affected their life. Pure O opened their eyes. I cannot recommend this movie more. It is a game changer.

this film was about much more than the protagonist's mind... a line from the film "... you can't hold someone back who's conquered their own mind..." speaks specifically to one of the former's rehab clients. other weighty issues are addressed, as well, but in a frank and open manner; the tone hovers right at the edge of where it could have easily assumed a 'hallmark movie' quality but maintains its balance. i think the performances were sincere and not histrionic; this movie will help people.
