It was produced and written by John Hughes, who should have donated his screenplay to a nearby day-care center for use by preschoolers in constructing paper chains. Go to Full Review

Sympathique surprise. He had the 2 cops in Shermer so confused with his sneaky antics & witty comments. Several lessons were learned here. See more 09/04/2009 Partially funny in the upper half. Were they trying to make Alessandro Nivola the 2nd Jimmy Dean then? Well, not really. See more 09/04/2006 I really liked this film, it's well written, very amusing as well as touching. It has a good feel for small town life, the characters are quite well developed and Alessandro Nivola is excellent in the lead role. Great story, thoroughly enjoyable. See more Read all reviews
