04/17/2013 Compared to other Australian classics, it would be outclassed severely, but even with its own flaws, this movie managed to touch me in the right spot. It is also noted that Bill Conti composed the music for this film, who would also be known for his contributions in Rocky, The Karate Kid and For Your Eyes Only. See more 10/08/2012 One I've always loved. Even with the awful acting, it is really good! It has so much excitement! I remember seeing it in the theatres with my mum when I was tiny. I think it was the first film I may have seen in theatres. Mum really likes this film too. I has a really beautiful song in it too. Give it 4 1/12 stars because of the acting See more 08/04/2012 The real Macaw is a great movie but the only problem is that Mac is supposed to be voiced by John Goodman he is voiced by him in the vhs copy of the movie but not in the region 2 or 4 dvds.
