Richard Whittaker Austin Chronicle Red Snow isn't always subtle in its satire, but then it's also a lot more understanding of the sparkly Orlok fetishist than is the norm, even in horror-comedies. Feb 1, 2022 Full Review Cath Clarke Guardian Some scenes leave you wondering: is this intentionally naff or just a bit wooden? Rated: 2/5 Nov 30, 2021 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews A holiday gift for vampire lovers who can't get enough of these bloody films no matter how far they go off the reservation. Rated: B- Dec 26, 2021 Full Review Bobby LePire Film Threat Red Snow is a lot of fun. Rated: 8/10 Dec 6, 2021 Full Review Rob Aldam Backseat Mafia Perfectly lampooning this kind of obsessive fandom and the tropes and clichés of vampyr mythology Nov 30, 2021 Full Review Martin Unsworth Starburst There's a great balance between the comedic elements and the threat, and the fact it works so well while weighing heavier on the former is a credit to Lynch. Logan D An author of vampire fiction struggling to be published encounters a real one. A mildly enjoyable if underdeveloped entry into vampire mythos. I enjoyed the lampooning of genre tropes and that the vampires can go into sunlight (which Dracula could also). Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/13/24 Full Review Ian not a great movie but isn't terrible. the acting is the weakest part of the movie and the fact that more than half of this movie is the main character and main vampire bonding and i wish there was more violence and stuff actually happening. it also felt unnecessary for this to be a christmas movie, the only thing that's christmas are the decorations and the fact that there's snow everywhere. the decisions that are made are sometimes idiotic and unrealistic. they attempt at making this a horror comedy and the comedy falls flat on its ass and is rarely funny. not terrible but also not great. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 12/07/23 Full Review Horror C Its good for what they were going for! def watchable! Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/09/23 Full Review daj b I enjoyed it right up to an unsatisfying ending. The ending didn't fit the rules as shown in the story. They tease a different ending with hints that made it too predictable, but that predictable ending would have been better given the rules and action. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/14/23 Full Review Audience Member Not a bad vampire movie. The movie was a bit gory and it made me laugh at certain times. A bat flies into this woman's house and she puts it in her garage in a box to take care of it. The next day she has a naked male vampire in her garage. Now this lady thinks she can use the vampire to help her with her books cause she writes about vampires. The movie gets a little crazy and you can say there's a little romance between the writer and the vampire. I overall liked the movie and I'm not a huge fan of vampire movies Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/14/23 Full Review Audience Member A Christmasy horror movie set at a cosy snowed-in cabin with sexy vampires and goopy bloody gore? This movie is my love language. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/23/23 Full Review Read all reviews
