The “insights” are trite, the characters thinly-sketched irritants and the indulgent, self-absorbed “journey” story makes too little sense to be easy to “trip” through. Not that there’s any motivation at all for the viewer to make that effort.

A spectacularly bizarre approach to an untouched plot/genre. Just wish they expanded a bit on the ‘bizarre’ aspect. Overall: spiritual and thought provoking with some decent performances.

This film is jam packed with ideas! The structure resembles more of a meditation or metaphysical trip than a traditional story arc. There are definitely some spirituality gems sprinkled throughout with some fun and engaging moments. Some of the visuals and sequences are mind bending and extremely impressive for the scale of the production. The ensemble does a great job nodding to the meta aspect of the film, having fun and not taking it too seriously. The themes explored in Reflect are right up my alley, so I'm really excited to see what Dana Kippel does with her second outing.

This movie felt like I was on my own spiritual quest and was very emotional it hit home in a lot of areas. It was beautifully filmed from start to end. I am proud to call the director Dana Kippel my friend!! Reflect is a work of art and I feel like everybody needs to see this film!

Reflect is truly an experience. An indie metaphysical masterpiece. Gorgeous cinematography and creative story with solid writing. I enjoyed the vibrant colors and thought provoking scenes that keep you engaged from beginning to end. A journey and reflection of one's inner self, and overcoming the demons from within.
