A struggling funeral home director, Martin (José Luis García Pérez), helps the police recover bodies of people who died attempting to enter Spain illegally from Africa. Martin discovers a phone number on one of the corpses and calls it. The sister of the dead man, Leila (Farah Hamed), comes to claim the body and return it to Morocco. Martin accompanies her, and the two become friends. But Leila feels guilt, since she was the one who urged her brother to come to Spain in the first place.
