C 05/06/2024 This was a good reunion "Mayberry" show. Good to see everyone back, including Ron Howard, Don Knotts, and Andy Griffith. I liked the "monster" storyline, but the real value is just seeing the original cast. See more 03/23/2019 At least it remains as a better reunion flick than a number of contemporary revivals with the frequent return of recycling few episodes into one feature that could've gone for the best or further expanded the original portion of the plot. Although just like the old days when the series was being cherished by families, it's still character-driven by delightful returns and building up a meaningful message with multiple applied contexts.
