Bobby LePire Film Threat Reveille is a little long, but it admirably reaches its goal. The cast is superb, and the characters are nicely fleshed out. Rated: 9/10 Aug 1, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

Ed D Awesome Movie very engrossing Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/07/24 Full Review Sam O I can't get that time back, please just don't watch this, bad everything. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/02/24 Full Review Stephanie K A couple of the American actors weren't amazing, but it didn't matter to me as it was only vocally as if they were in a play not a film. The acting was overshadowed the by nonstop hitching of breath and crying of the dying soldiers.. At time it was all you could hear and that wasn't a bad thing. Sometimes I couldn't hold back a tear or two just thinking about the whole situation and listing to the desperation in their sounds and voices. I felt bad for the Americas and Germans in different but also the same ways. It always hurts me to think about all of these men on all sides just doing their jobs whether they wanted to or not. It hit the nail on the head as the Americans were reading their letters from home and they were talking about how they could even return home after what they've done and become used to.. How those dying Germans last breaths didn't even really phase them.. And then the acknowledgement that even though it was the ones bullet that shot the German her still kind of hoped he's make it home to his family. War is a really screwed up and scary thing. So few of those men wanted to be there and be cannon fodder for their country. Most were killers not murders.. it was their duty and so often it was out of anger and retaliation for the deaths of their friends and brothers. The credits rolled and that was what I was left feeling psychologically... It did it's job and was as affective as a lot of big budget films. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/23/23 Full Review BG M Fantastic performances all around in this heavy drama. Brilliant character driven story and heartfelt moments drive this home vs popcorn action. Outperformed their small indy budget by a large margin. Looking forward to seeing this Director expand his portfolio and for more from scene stealer Hans Koster played by actor Remy Fisher. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/13/23 Full Review Ellie S A gripping portrayal of life for soldiers that some will never know. Excellently done! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/09/23 Full Review Elli W PSYCHOLOGICALLY CAPTIVATING I have seen many war films. This film sat with me, similar to how I felt after watching Kurbrick's Full Metal Jacket. The intensity of the characters, there was connection. This was beautifully done. It was made for the viewer to see war from both sides. The plain fact: not one individual knows the emotional, psychological trauma soldiers go through in war. Except the men that are fighting. There were moments when I had to pause the film. To take in the emotion of the characters what that they had to deal with. In the age of movies and the ongoing use special effects. This movie did not use this route they focused on the real, the raw. Using dialogue, connection to convey the heartbreak of war. The cast was fantastic, every man on this film. They put a part of themselves in the role they played. Making the audience feel something. I could feel each individual character really put in the work to dig deep. Within themselves to make something worth watching. Would highly recommend. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/09/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
