Rim of the World tries to be a kid-friendly alien invasion adventure, but it never quite finds its footing. While the concept has promise, the execution feels awkward and uneven. The tone is clearly aimed at younger viewers, yet the screenplay is filled with crude jokes and uncomfortable dialogue that feel wildly out of place for a children-focused film. Instead of being funny, it becomes distracting and off-putting. The CGI creatures lack polish and consistency, making the alien threat feel weightless rather than exciting. The biggest issue, however, is the acting. Most of the young cast struggle to deliver believable performances, and their characters feel poorly defined and inconsistent. Emotional moments fail to land, and it’s hard to stay invested in their journey. The lone bright spot is Alessio Scalzotto, who brings sincerity and credibility to his role and feels genuinely grounded compared to the rest of the cast. Ultimately, Rim of the World isn’t unwatchable, but it’s flat

Just watched with 10 year old on Netflix and we all thought it was wonderful. Cliches added to it for the adults and the grandson had no idea they were cliches. Something with nice action and appropriate for a preteen. Thought it was great.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

The poor dialogue and lackluster visuals make this movie a disappointment. Despite its flaws, it was still a really enjoyable movie, and it definitely fits into the 'it's so bad it's good' category of film.
