The premise and the cast were fine, but the film just seemed overall low energy. For a whacky film about CIA weed and time travel, you have to ramp things up a bit like Harold and Kumar or Hot Tub Time Machine. This just seemed completely understated. The leads travel 30 years in the future, and within a day they just roll with it and act like adults, which they are not. In fact the whole time travel thing just kind of becomes irrelevant to the story line.

Drop the script, massively rework the storyboard, keep the actors and the premise. Thank you for not relating the title in the script a hundred times. Or any times if I remember correctly.
