Percent B best movie i have ever seen Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/17/23 Full Review corkball The premise and the cast were fine, but the film just seemed overall low energy. For a whacky film about CIA weed and time travel, you have to ramp things up a bit like Harold and Kumar or Hot Tub Time Machine. This just seemed completely understated. The leads travel 30 years in the future, and within a day they just roll with it and act like adults, which they are not. In fact the whole time travel thing just kind of becomes irrelevant to the story line. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Amazing movie to watch, especially when high. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/28/19 Full Review Audience Member Drop the script, massively rework the storyboard, keep the actors and the premise. Thank you for not relating the title in the script a hundred times. Or any times if I remember correctly. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 12/07/18 Full Review Audience Member This movie was so good and funny!! The way Reeves ruins the chili pot plans is by far the best!! I recommend you watch it! Kenji Fujishima Village Voice The film doesn't establish the culture Reeves and Harris come from, so many of the fish-out-of-water jokes simply thud. Jun 30, 2017 Full Review Barbara VanDenburgh Arizona Republic Can we collectively agree to put a moratorium on the stoner comedy? Or at least hand out a limited number of vouchers to filmmakers per decade? Rated: 1/5 Jun 29, 2017 Full Review Adam Graham Detroit News Stoner comedies serve a very specific audience, but that designation doesn't mean they have to be slapdash, lazy films. Rated: D Jun 23, 2017 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation Interminable Rated: 1/4 Sep 12, 2018 Full Review Jacqui Blue Film Inquiry The concept is unoriginal and uninspired but Ripped does have several laugh out loud moments brought on by a talented cast. Jul 24, 2017 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Besides its prominent on-screen presence, marijuana also likely played a significant role in the conception of this low-brow comedy.
