      Reviews Inspector Walker (Elwyn Brook-Jones) is investigating the death of a rich, disabled woman, Hester Marsden (Agatha Carroll). On paper, it appears that Hester, who was in a wheelchair, simply died in a boat accident. But Walker begins to suspect that the woman's husband, John (Derek Bond), murdered her for her money and so he could run off with his mistress, Michele Cartier (Nicole Maurey).
