It has a scrappy, offbeat energy that I always hope to find in smaller movies. There's a lot of weird jokes, kind of shocking violence, and a great LA texture and vibe to keep it moving. Also a really phenomenal soundtrack. Definitely feels like the kind of movie more people should be talking about.
