Noel Murray Los Angeles Times The movie's overlong and the humor's too broad, but given that this would-be cult film is aimed at audiences who want something silly and trashy, it's hard to fault Skiba for just mindlessly mashing those two buttons, over and over. Apr 12, 2019 Full Review Nick Rocco Scalia Film Threat Rottentail is a disappointment, overall, and even forgiving viewers are likely to hop off the bunny trail long before the closing credits roll. Rated: 4/10 Apr 23, 2019 Full Review Jared Mobarak Jaredmobarak.com I can look past subpar acting and shoddy effects if the script is sounder than a sexist, man's man pissing contest. Rottentail is not. Rated: 3/10 Apr 22, 2019 Full Review Avi Offer NYC Movie Guru It's like a Troma film low on laughs, campiness and scares. Rated: 3/10 Apr 15, 2019 Full Review Michael Gingold Rue Morgue Magazine The film doesn't bring enough that's fresh or clever to its mix of splatter, swearing and occasional scatology. Apr 12, 2019 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation A wisecracking C-movie creature feature that lets us in on the joke. Rated: 2/4 Apr 8, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews

B P "Rottentail" is dumb bunny carnage. The film doesn't bring enough that's fresh or clever to its mix of splatter, swearing and occasional scatology. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 04/04/24 Full Review Leticia q How is there a few tomatometer and more audience score😮😮😮🤣🤣🤣🤣 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/15/23 Full Review steve d I guess it was supposed to be a parody of horror films, but the problem is no humor is found anywhere near the script. The low budget may be the only humor to be found. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/30/23 Full Review Audience Member A cult classic in the making! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member What a feast for the eyes! Funny, irreverent, and awesome ! Sure to be a cult classic! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member First off let me be very clear. Rottentail is NOT a documentary about Stormy Daniels, so if you go thinking you will get to spend 90 minutes watching some washed up porn actress you will be sadly disappointed. Ok, now for the good stuff. 2 weeks ago I was dragged to a little Indie theater in Phoenix by my beautiful bride snookums. I was fully prepared to roll my eyes and look at the clock for an hour and a half before making a hasty retreat but my hopes and dreams were crushed. 15 minutes into Rottentail I had forgotten that I had just spent $10 for a glass of stout and they had no butterine for their popcorn. If you are a connoisseur of horror comedy then this is your movie! This low budget Indie film by director Brian Skiba showed that he knows how to get the most bang for his buck. The retro look with the lighting, weird angles and grainy picture worked very well for this film. The makeup for Peter was exceptional for a film like this. Now considering that a lot of these actors are not professionals I thought everybody did an excellent job and worked well together. William McNamara as the preacher kept me laughing throughout the show and Laurie Love did an excellent job as the Mayor. At the end of this movie I had a smile on my face and went and pre-ordered my own copy. I am going to have my own Rottentail showing and while admittedly I am bribing people to come with the promise of smoked pulled pork and alcohol I have no doubt it is going to be a hit. DISCLAIMER: This show is not for everyone so I have compiled a list of who should and should not see it Who should NOT see Rottentail: 1. Members of PETA 2. Those that own more than 1 Bible 3. People who buy all their groceries at Whole Foods 4. People who wash down their avocado toast with Mimosas at Sunday Brunch 5. Those that think Alexandria Cortez actually has a point 6. Cookie Goblers 7. Those that breathe heavy at the thought of going to the next super hero movie or spew inducing Hollywood remake. 8. Those that wrinkle their nose when they try a Guinness Stout (you can't be trusted) 9. Those that have no sense of humor and/or have a large stick embedded in their caboose Who SHOULD see Rottentail: 1. Those that appreciate Hollywood in its rawest form. 2. Normal people 3. People who think queefs are funny 4. Guys who laugh when the dog craps on their wifes unicorn slippers 5. Those that find a good dutch oven by their "significant other" hilarious. 6. People who dont have the previously mentioned stick in their caboose There you have it! If you are in the second group, go see this movie or go and buy the dvd on Amazon. If you are in the first group go see it anyways as its never to late to relax a bit and just appreciate something for what it is. Hats off to Brian Skiba and his cast of misfits! Well done.
