Audience Member A film that seems promising since half the cast of "Goodfellas" appears in it. An okay story is essentially destroyed by a ridiculously drawn out and languid pace. En específico, tuvo que ver con su personaje, Ruby Dennis (Joe Pesci), tan medianamente construído y dibujado, que antes de la primera mitad perdí el interés por él. ¿Qué es lo que realmente quiere Ruby? Triunfar como cantante en Las Vegas -al menos es lo que la sinopsis especifica-, aunque sinceramente, poco es lo que hace para lograrlo. Es evidente que le gusta su compañera cantante del grupo musical, pero poco o nada hace al respecto. Dear Mr. Wonderful (1982) está dirigida por el alemán Peter Lilienthal, aunque desafortunadamente tiene tantos problemas en su guión (firmado por un tal Sam Koperwas, su único guión escrito a la fecha) que, al menos a mí, acabó aburriéndome. Can't see why they bothered resurrecting this to DVD, surely nobody wants to see it again. Also could they not have sorted the picture quality out it was awful.
