Howlingly bad. Instead of acting like Guilani, James Woods acts like James Woods. The script is bad. The dialogue is bad. The pacing is bad. And as an alleged puff piece it makes Rudy look like an asshole.

There's no excuse these days for this sort of shallow, cardboard dialogue, poorly lit scenes, and amateurish cinematography. I've seen student films with higher production values. The acting was wooden, and that's me being complimentary about it. There's nothing here to like. It's a sham movie, made for all the wrong reasons, that contains zero substantive character arcs, zero plot lining and zero pay off for the audience.

I've seen countless movies in my life, some good, some great, and of course, some not so great. Of all the movies I've ever seen, this was by far the worst. How in the world did this get released? The story was unintentionally laughable, and as bad as that was, the acting was somehow worse. Trust me, we only have a limited amount of time on this Earth, please don't waste a minute of it on this movie.

This movie was a true masterpiece James woods did a very wonderful as Rudolph Giuliani and to be honest this movie was political hardcore and I love it. it's about his life from the U.S. attorney and mayor from ups and downs so FIVE STARS.
