Jeromy H This is the only movie in my lifetime that had ever made me walk out of a theater. I was with three high school friends and 20 minutes in we decided the plot was going nowhere and we left. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/10/23 Full Review alex i Found this film on laserdisc and thought "why not?". And with all the action, cheesy one liners and Patrick Dempsey. I was very entertained. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Love these action movies from the 80's and 90's. This movie is nonstop action throughout, with a cool story and good acting. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes the same kind of movies as me (Pulp Fiction, Mean Guns, Total Recall, Night of the Running Man, etc.) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/25/23 Full Review Audience Member Entertaining and Underrated 90's flick with non-stop action and exhilerating chase secuences, intense twists and thrills delivered by Patrick Dempsey's scarred performance. Run is one of the most underrated action flicks i've seen. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review william s Action adventure that breaks no new ground but it's a pretty good popcorn flick that's title is as advertised. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member Despite having a few plotholes,Run has enough thrills to keep us entertained along with Patrick Dempsey's talented on-screen presence and a break from his usual comedy performances. Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times As a kind of action cartoon, the movie may work as a diversion for undemanding audiences. But it's really no more than a pinball machine, a brainless exercise in how to use action as a substitute for thought. Rated: 1.5/4 Jan 1, 2000 Full Review Hal Lipper Tampa Bay Times Run does, however, have the best death by a mechanical track rabbit scene ever recorded. That should be worth a footnote in the annuals of Hollywood when Run is long forgotten.
