Audience Member This film is both interesting for people who don't know of the TV series and those who do. The visuals are greatly improved upon from the original series and has amazing voice acting in both the original Japanese track and the dub from ADV. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Audience Member A fantastic end to the initial English Voice cast's run on the anime, Saiyuki Requim, the movie, although a filler in concerns to the manga, is carried off well. The plot is flawless and spares the fan base from the introduction of an OC by having her end with the movie she was introduced with. Not only is the movie itself done superbly, the commentary with the English voice cast is just as enjoyable! A definite plus in concerns to the DVD collector who may be thinking of just watching it online and/or downloading it! Well done again, Mr's Matranga, Guardiola, Hunt and Ayres. It's a shame you didn't get the next series! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/19/23 Full Review Audience Member i havent seen it but i aready noe itz good so if u have the opertunity to watch it dont pass up the opertunity Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Audience Member A rabid fan of Saiyuki, but please, don't watch it with English dub. Japanese is much better. About the Sanzo-ikkou getting some weird surprises as they are staying at some castle/place/whatever. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie rocked. Greg once again brought us the annoying but lovable Goku. Braden Hunt as calm and cool Hakkai is still the best one to do this character. Vic Mignogna as Kogage (sp) is better as a sophicated bored young man. David Matranga, I believe, is still as grumpy as ever as Sanzo. Then the womanizing Gojou played by Illich Guardiola was just as slick as ever. The art is outstanding! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member loved the art work, the voice acting and the over all movie.....this is probably one of my fav anime.
