This is the feel-good doc of the year. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll rock on and you'll go wild. Sam & Mattie are endearing leads and the surrounding narrative is funny and will give you warm & fuzzies. It's also beautiful look into the world scrappy indie filmmaking and crowdfunding. Oh, and if you're a fan of DJ Paulie D, (spoiler alert) you'll be happy. I love seeing films that explode disability stereotypes--and this film does just that...and leaves a trail of fake blood in it's wake. WHAT ARE YOU STILL READING THIS REVIEW FOR???? Go stream this movie right now!
