Steve Warren The Barb (Atlanta) Only a short step up from amateur work. May 9, 2023 Full Review Steven K. Blevins Gay Community News (Boston) Saturday Night at the Baths is an entertaining, sometimes touching vignette, but is far from being a landmark film for gay people. Aug 30, 2022 Full Review Mitch Morrill Los Angeles Free Press A weak ending to an otherwise average film. Nov 23, 2019 Full Review Phil Hall Film Threat A curio, not a lost classic, although it deserves attention for its progressive advocacy of gay rights. Rated: 2.5/5 Sep 8, 2006 Full Review Don Willmott Filmcritic.com it's troubling to watch this film and wonder how many of the young people who appear in it were dead less than ten years after it was made. Mikey M I really liked this film. I have certainly not seen a film about similar subject matter. It was very tender and very good as a historical artifact. If you are bisexual or poly you'll probably get a kick out it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/23/24 Full Review Audience Member this movie is a must-see. It deals with coming with terms with your true self, and accepting gay people. It was well cast and written and directed. Though in reality bathhouses are scummy, this movie made them seem less scummy, if that's even possible, but in this case it is! Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Read all reviews
