Carlos Aguilar Variety Regrettably, as harmless and brightly positive as it is on the representation front, that irreproachable approach is packaged in a film that’s overwhelmingly ordinary in all other respects. Nov 22, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Letty Guadiano Went to see the Movie tonight. Felt proud to see our city of San Antonio in the big screen. Made me so happy to also see some local personalities make an appearance.. The main characters did a great, they made me laugh and fall in love again. I truly enjoyed it and recommend it. If you grew up in a Hispanic home you will relate 😀😍 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/27/24 Full Review Rachel C Loved the beauty of the City of San Antonio and the story of the main characters. Nice story. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/25/24 Full Review Conrado Say a Little Prayer was funny and cute. The characters were very likable. Its charmer. Youll Love it! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/25/24 Full Review Maria Alvarado I thought the movie was cute but not worth the money. I would have been fine watching it from home. I thought there would be more of Luis Fonsi singing. He only sang one song. Since he is Puerto Rican I thought they would share more Puerto Rican traditions. I was disappointed. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/23/24 Full Review cobe c We went to this terrific movie with a large group of friends. What a wonderful surprise to see such a well written, well directed, well produced fun movie with so many friends. A MUST SEE! One of the best of the year! Cobe Crosby Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/04/24 Full Review Gilbert D My father, the late San Antonio artist Gilbert Durán, whose art is wonderfully featured in the movie, would have been proud to be associated with the movie. I went to the screening to see him in it - he is in the auction scene - and to see his art. Needless to say, that was my primary reason for attending the screening. As the movie progressed, I began to understand why he would choose to let his art be a part of the movie. My father did everything with PASSION, and my father loved his city, San Antonio. I read the “critic review” from Variety. I understand what the writer wants. The critic forgets the one question that must be answered when one spends their precious time and energy doing anything: how did it make you FEEL? Did you feel good as you saw a culture portrayed in a positive light, and a city whose beauty not only jumps from the screen, but unlocks precious memories? Did you feel good as the three act romance: set-up, conflict, and resolution played out with humor, culture, and a light hearted flavor you want from a romantic comedy? YES. I’m happy this movie exists and I’m hopeful more will follow. Most of all I’m happy that hope, love, humor, and PASSION are in a movie that I can see over and over again and I can visit with my father and the city we love together. You should too.
