Synopsis
Documentarian Gyula Gazdag follows a group of aging Holocaust survivors as they return to confront Auschwitz and other concentration camp sites for the first time since their internment during World War II. The survivors recount heartbreaking tales of near-death experiences at the hands of the Third Reich and its horrific campaign of ethnic cleansing. Gazdag also visits an emotionally damaged woman haunted by memories that kept her from accompanying the other survivors on the package tour.
