James H 12/08/2024 pre-Heat of The Night Steiger, with proto-Misfits Wallach, Collins also right place and right time in her life and career. Crime, Heist-noir at its best. Hard to make this not fun and exciting, but still unexpected elements. I'm not sure what people were expecting? A super, well-done crime-movie that feels shot but also natural, with great dialogue and acting. It's so brilliant, it's elegance of mastery as a final production can easily only go 'partly noticed' as it gets so many elements right. After a provocative start, it ends with a moral highlight that had been deftly alluded to from the beginning. It even gets deeper and almost tear-jerking. What a twist! See more Read all reviews
