Audience Member A sadistic Bloodfest. A horrible film. It's good very early on, & then there is no plot & zero substance. Is this Director some sort of weird sadist?? Who is this guy? Natalie Dickinson is a good actress, but why did she do this film? The lead male character is a complete idiot. How can Tara kill all these people & no one knows about this? Does this town exist in some sort of "universe" with no police or FBI? The worst film I have ever seen. How did the director get the funding to do this? Who actually wrote this garbage?? VERY EXPLOITIVE FILM. The directors & writers should have looked at films like "Reservoir Dogs" (1991) & "Ten To Midnight" (1983) where violence was used as a substantitive part of the film & better edited. Those films were criticized but were still good films. The film progresses as a quasi documentary on serial killing & torture. It does not say much for the film when it takes 4 years to get distribution rights. There is actually a part in this loony movie when Tara is killing some girl that is not even described as a character and says: "Shut up. Can't you see that I am on the phone". It should have been given an X rating. Don't even waste your money. The film is vulgar & is nothing more than a bloodfest with no artistic value whatsoever. If I would have known that I would have never rented this garbage. The summary of the film & DVD cover are very misleading. I would have given it zero stars, but I have to in Flixster. I am no prude but give me a break. Torture with zero plot. I hope the Maverick company has more to offer than this pile of trash. Nothing knew added, but a lot is taken away. None of the characters are interesting in the least. None of the acting stands out. In fact most is pretty lousy. You know everything that is about to happen before it happens. Need I go on? The plot centers around a disturbed young woman who becomes infactuated with her engaged next door neighbor. They have a one time moment of intimacy and then its gone. But the woman stalks him, threatening to hurt herself or tell of the affair. Things escalate as she becomes more violent. Rehashed garbage.
