Gunnar R Aug 15 Since childhood this was and is probably my favorite show. The casting was unbelievably fantastic and each and every actor was fantastic. Still a great watch to this day. See more Sir M 12/19/2024 What an absolute masterpiece. Also check out the making of See more Nyles G 09/18/2024 For anyone interested in how to portray the spirit of Clavell's work, this is the series to watch, not the boring SLOG of 2024, which had zero chemistry between any of the characters. Very disappointing to watch with all our new technology how we are coughing up dark, dreary and boring - Whiskey Tango Over? The current version leaves you never wanting to watch it more than once. I would want to watch the original every year for the rest of my life. It's that good. For me this is a must watch and a classic! See more josh d 06/08/2024 Fantastic historical epic. The new version is perhaps slightly better, but this is still an excellent adaptation too.
