Audience Member Hopefully, we are done with the era of the pool hustler movies. This is a poor shadow of the greats of the genre. The set-up is vague, the constant crossing and double-crossing, short con and long cons, all get mashed together like so many different colored pieces of Play-do. The acting is sub-par with absolutely no depth of character or believable emotions. The love story is contrived, laughable and pathetic in its execution. Even the myriad of pool shots were dull and unimaginative. A boring movie. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member 2/17/2016: Ok at best. The cast was good, but the plot wasn't all that exciting. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member Crappy, even in the main character's silly relationship with that annoying girl & Roselyn Sanchez the actress who played the role of that annoying girl was annoying too Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member tries to feel like a tarentino film, but comes off as another pathetic imitation lacking imagination. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/03/23 Full Review Audience Member What Rounders did for poker this tries to do for pool. Unfortunately it falls well short of the mark. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member awesome movie. it kept me guessing till the end. i never knew what wasn't true and was till the end of the movie. i also really loved ending cause freddie and his girl got to live happily ever after.
