Jaime R One of the best movies I've ever seen perfect sequel Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member A virtually unknown dinosaur film based loosely on the novel by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Perhaps its my childhood nostalgia that makes me love this bizarre and violent R-rated dinosaur film, but then again, I enjoy a lot of films people hate. For a low-budget adventure film I had a great time watching it and I also really enjoyed how bizarre it was thanks to odd special effects, cheesy but fun dialogue and storytelling, and dinosaur carnage. I urge people to at least give this film a chance (And stop mistaking it for some other crappy films with similar names) because I really don't think it's as bad as people say it is. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/26/23 Full Review Audience Member Bad Script, Bad Film But In Some Way Enjoyable. Released Shortly After Jurassic Park 2, This Film Tells The Original Story Written By Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Patrick Bergin Makes An OK Challenger, But A Bad Script And Really Bad CGI Work Makes This Film Quite Bad But As I Said Enjoyable Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Low budget special effects. Though charming at times really just makes your film resemble a rusty Pinto sitting next to a CGI Ferrari. Patrick Bergin is NOT an acting lead, otherwise the guy would've been in a lot more movies. Not a completely terrible film but not so-so, either. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member No pues aquí ni Locatel los encuentra... muy mala Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/22/23 Full Review Audience Member What a dreadful disaster this is. I realize that production values are small, and so the puppets and the CGI will be less than par, and I can forgive that, but a script that leaves no room for actors to act out their characters in, for actors who put no emotion or love into their job, and for someone to tear apart everything that is worth while about Doyle’s work, that I will not condone. The film is dull, and the moments of gore and action are either laughable or not on the same level as the rest of the movie (Summerlee’s dead body was a surprising change from the other off camera death scenes, and that surprise was not one that benefited the plot or story).
