For a production of this budget it has a good amount of action, with a cast who gives it their all and quite a few surprising bits of humor. 'Sirona' has elements reminiscent of an ensemble action film like 'The Losers', but it has even closer comparisons to TV shows like 'Firefly'. It feels like a pilot episode of a series rather than a feature film, with an ending that is more of a setup for a sequel than a resolution of the mystery surrounding the title character - but it does a good job of making you want to see where the next installment leads. Cast and crew should be proud of what they've done here, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the filmmaker does next after this laudable debut effort.
