Darren D "Sister Street Fighter: Hanging by a Thread" sees Kazuhiko Yamaguchi return to the directors chair & Etsuko Shihomi, for the sequel. While "Hanging by a Thread" is still entertaining in terms of the action & Etsuko Shihomi is still charming with her kick ass personality, the downgrade is the the feeling of being on familiar ground to it's predecessor, from the story & title card introduction to each villain.
