Kayden M I remember when i was a little kid and i watched this. it made me love sports and love your family before you couldn't see them again. The rating should not be this low in my opinion. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 05/09/23 Full Review Caua F this movie are awesome and funny,if he get more money,he got a greatest movie Rated 5 out of 5 stars 12/04/22 Full Review Audience Member Obviously, this movie was never going to win any awards, but it's funny, it's heartwarming, and overall, it's a pretty positive depiction of black athletes and families. I cried when Ant died. I cried again when he left the final shot up to fate. I'm writing this review more than 20 years after the movie came out because it stuck with me, and I don't think the Rotten Tomatoes score did it justice. Susan Stark Detroit News Rated: 1/4 Jan 1, 2000 Full Review Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times Presumably The Sixth Man is intended to appeal to basketball fans. Is there a basketball fan alive who could fall for this premise? I'm not talking about the ghost -- that's easy to believe. I'm talking about the details of the game.
