There was a love story buried in there and I was compelled to keep watching but the non-ending was a complete turn off. Watch if there's nothing else on. Filmmakers like this have no understanding of what the audience is looking for....either that or he just didn't have the money to finish the film. It's not funny enough to be an action-comedy, but sure as hell isn't a drama either. The action, and especially the shooting scenes, are not really shitty, like in a Bruce Willis movie, but then again, also to diletante to be considered acceptable. It's not lousy enough to switch off, but just as well not good enough to watch every single part, making you fast-forward through many lame chit-chat parts. It's an odd gobetween of a not so bad B-movie and a very low-cost direct to video. I can't say that I regret having watched big parts of it, but it is too low budget to be recommended for even the wee hours of the morning. 4/10 points.
