Audience Member Amazing indie movie. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/19/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie was poorly reviewed by critics I think because it's so different. I thought it was refreshingly weird and really cool. There was a really disturbing element of the movie but it didn't totally kill it. But the ending pulled it all together and made it a much more awesome movie than what gets pushed out there and ends up in the top box office slots. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Wow... This film was... Intense. Great Canadian production, great story... And countless buckets of water into the face of the audience. This film sort of beats up the audience, over and over and over... Again. It's an eye opener. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Between a 6/10 and 7/10, it's a film that you most likely either love or hate. It's certainly realistic and fantastical elements are certainly not perfectly counter balanced, but I did love it more than hate it. Kate Taylor Globe and Mail It is a film that shows flashes of brilliance, including writer-director Ryan Ward's own performance as the alienated protagonist, but mainly it is a film that, for all its smallness, suffers from excess and confusion.
