Anon Y IMO the best movie from Poland. Actors, screenplay, humour, emotions, direction... everything very well balanced. The only issue I was not sure about was relationship between mother and step-mother. Were they sisters or what? I thought I just got too stoned on the film festival, but since then I saw the film 2 times and still unsure. It doesn't matter, just love the film. When his parents sparked and encouraged his interest in classical music, and arranged for a cochlear implant, the young man and his musical talent blossomed. I personally enjoyed the film all the more for its centering on Beethoven's MOONLIGHT SONATA, which inspired the title.
