philip w 06/27/2023 Goodness me what was this all about = a poor effort not for me I'm afraid See more 11/04/2021 As a lover of the outdoors and movies of the like, I stumbled across this great little film on Tubi. This is a story of a guy getting away to the wild for peace and solitude. Eric and Noel play short but meaningful roles and the lead character does an amazing job keeping you engaged. It kinda moves slow but in a peaceful way. I know its low budget and all but the camera man worked his tail off on this one. I know tracking through 2 feet of snow with a camera rig isn't easy, especially running. Looks like a lot of post work was done but very colorful. The director is definitely green but you gotta start somewhere. With all the flaws here & there I thought the acting was good & believable, especially the dog & cat walking through the snow. Check it out if your looking for clean material as its only 83 minutes long. Eric Roberts is great at the very end :-0 See more 10/24/2021 So good to see wholesome movies about faith and moving forward after heartbreak. The stunning landscape is magnificent & the waterfalls are truly lovely. Oregon seems very majestic & will have to visit there soon! This reminded me of the movies Wild & Into the Wild but with a pretty dog... We love Eric Roberts in China so get some popcorn & enjoy! See more 10/24/2021 Worst movie I've ever seen. Did a 3rd grader write this as a last minute paper to turn in to get out of detention? The acting is so horrible! The dialogue sounds like it was ad-libbed by people who have never seen a good movie. The songs were poorly matched to the scenes and the songs he made are ridiculously amateur. To top it off, he didn't even go to the top of Multnomah Falls! And those "trails" are really paved walking paths that women push their baby strollers on. At one point, he was walking in the opposite direction of the waterfall! The cinematography was so poorly executed. As a person who lives in the area it was filmed, it made me cringe. The editing seriously made it feel like a parody joke skit. I could go on but just know that's the tip of the iceberg. Just wow. So bad. See more Read all reviews
